Jennifer Ehresman
Jennifer Ehresman is the Consumer Head of Client Protection for Bank of America, responsible for providing an integrated Fraud, Claims, Consumer AML and At Risk Persons client experience for Preferred, Retail and Small Business clients across products and digital services. She also manages numerous service optimization initiatives. Her team consists of more than 7,000 employees, including bank and contractor employees. Previously, she was the Consumer Client Care Executive for Small Business, Preferred, Retail, and Digital Service Centers.
Jenn began her career with Fleet Bank and has held various leadership positions in Client Service, Sales, Operations, Vendor Management, Product Development, Revenue and Pricing, Marketing, and Quality. She played a critical leadership role in repatriating ~5,000 international client service representative roles, and in managing the FleetBoston and MBNA transitions.
Jenn served as executive chairman for the Card Management Development Program, which was focused on developing top talent, and she is an executive sponsor for military hiring. She has a proven track record for developing up-and-coming leaders, fostering diversity and inclusion, collaborating across the enterprise, and delivering strong employee engagement results. Jenn also served as a spokesperson for several Bank of America financial literacy programs and is currently the Executive Sponsor for the Delaware and Philadelphia Chapter of the LGBTQ Employee Network.
Jenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She actively supports several nonprofit associations, and manages fundraising and tournament activities for a number of community organizations. She is also an active volunteer, served as a member of the advisory boards for Alorica, Inc. and TTec Corporation and is an Executive Member of the EWS Risk Advisory Board.
She resides in Jamison, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two children.
